Processing Time
All Folto Paws orders are packed with care from our studio and typically ship within 2–4 business days.  During product launches or holidays, processing may take an extra day or two, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship anywhere in the United States.
Standard delivery usually takes 3 - 7 business days after your order ships.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promos, sign up for our emails to catch them first.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order seems stuck in transit, reach out to us at hello@foltopaws.com.
We’ll help you track it down and make it right.

Every order is intentionally packed using recyclable or reusable materials.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Promise
We want you both to love your Folto Paws purchase. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on items with the tag still on, unworn, unwashed items in original condition. 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@foltopaws.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a shipping label and simple instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exclusions

  • Gift cards and final-sale items are non-refundable.

  • For hygiene reasons, blankets & shirts must be unused and in original packaging for return.

  • The Arrival Gift set is non-refundable.

Exchanges
Need a different size? We get it. If the first size is not right, we’ll help you find the better one. We’ll cover the exchange shipping on your first order, just let us know within 14 days of delivery.
